Photonics Rules of Thumb

September 2018

SPIE press has initiated a new updated version of the classic Book: “Photonics Rules of Thumb.”

Classic technological rules of thumb examples include: Moore’s law, Beer’s Law, Murphy’s Law and Rayleigh Criteria.

The authors are searching for new rules, insights, pithy equations and wisdom on any topic related to photonics and electro-optics. Credit will be given for any such contribution.

Suggestions or images (WORD, pdf or jpeg) can be submitted to the link on the home page of Cascade Electro Optics at www.Cascadeeo.com.
