Goodrich to Acquire SUI

Goodrich Corp. and Sensors Unlimited, Inc. (SUI) have signed a definitive agreement under which the latter has agreed to acquire SUI for $60 million. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2005, after obtaining regulatory approvals.|
