ART Agrees to Sell IR Inspection Business

ART Advanced Research Technologies Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Infrared Screening and Inspection Solutions (ISIS®) division to Photon Dynamics, Inc. (Nasdaq NM: PHTN) for $5.5 million in cash. The ISIS systems are used to inspect populated printed wiring assemblies (PWAs) for hot spots.|
