IR Export Controls Changed

The Wassenaar group of countries has agreed to a tentative change of export controls as applied to infrared detectors and cameras. According to the latest changes, microbolometers and microbolometer-based cameras (regardless of type) are included in the List of Dual-Use Goods and Technologies.|
